Upside-down Raspberry Cake

500 ml (1 jar) of Dora raspberry filling
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
1 beaten egg
5 tbsp of butter, melted

  • Preheat oven 400 F.
  • Pour Dora raspberry filling into a square pan (about 8 x 8).
  • In another separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar and beaten egg until a granular texture.
  • Sprinkle over filling already in the square pan and then pour the melted butter on the dessert.
  • Bake at 400 F for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
