Peach & Mango Pied-Mont sauce
For a richer sauce :
2/3 cup of Pied-Mont Peach & Mango Topping “coulis”
1/2 cup of chicken broth (ready to serve)
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tsp cornstarch
- Mix all ingredients in a pan; reduce the sauce until the desired consistency.
- Serve with pork.
The topping “coulis” can also be serve as is for a sweeter sauce.
