Dora Lemon Meringue Pie

One (1) 9" (23 cm) frozen deep pie shell baked and cooled
500 ml (1 jar) of Dora Lemon Pie Filling
2 eggs whites
1/4 cup (50 ml) of sugar

  • Beat the 2 egg whites until the forming of soft peaks.
  • Gradually beat in 1/4 cup (50 ml) of sugar until the forming of soft peaks.
  • Fill the baked pie shell with the Dora Lemon Filling and Top with meringue.
  • Bake at 350 F (180 C) about 12 minutes until meringue is golden brown, cool and serve.
