Bananas & Chocolate Hazelnut Dora Spread Muffins
80 ml (1/3 cup) of margarine
125 ml (1/2 cup) of granulated sugar
2 Eggs
250 ml (1 cup) 2 bananas, mashed
400 g (1 jar) of Dora Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of All-purpose flour
250 ml (1 cup) of Quick cooking rolled oats
10 ml (2 tsp) of Baking powder
5 ml (1 tsp) of Baking soda
2 ml (1/2 tsp) of salt
5 ml (1 tsp) of Vanilla extract
80 ml (1/3 cup) of milk
- Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, bananas puree and Dora chocolate hazelnut spread. Set bowl aside.
- Mix flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Incorporate flour mixture to the first preparation by rotating with the milk mixed with vanilla extract.
- Fill the muffin baking molds.
- Bake at 350 F (180 C), 20 to 25 Minutes.
